Fundraising

Welcome to the Hampton Hill School Fundraising page.

Each year the Board of Trustees sets a fundraising target to generate the balance of the annual income that is required to operate the school over and above that provided by government funding and the annual school donations.

Who is responsible for the fundraising?

The school has an ‘informal’ committee of willing and eager parents. If you would like to be involved on the informal committee, are willing to help out on the day of an event or have any ideas on fundraising opportunities, please contact Sara McLay at office@hamptonhill.school.nz or on 04 232 6509.

What sort of fundraising events are organised?

In 2011, we held a number of smaller fundraising activities  i.e. raffles, Entertainment Book sales, Niche Bulb Sales, childrens artwork calendars and cards etc.  We are always happy to receive new ideas, offers of help and sponsorship. Please contact either the school office on 232-6509 or email office@hamptonhill.school.nz.

In 2012 we are once again selling Entertainment Books.   There is  some exciting new content this year including Ambeli, Shed 5, Café Polo, D4, Roxy Cinema and The Wellington Saints, as well as many of your old favourites still featuring!

This year we have set up a payment link for people to purchase Books via credit card through a secure online portal.  It’s as easy as clicking https://www.entertainmentbook.co.nz/orderbooks/1054h92.

How you can help

  • Support our fundraising activities by volunteering and participating .
  • Support our product sale events by offering the items to the wider community such as neighbours, workplace colleagues, extended family members etc.
  • Become part of the “informal” fundraising committee.
